pies, sides and gravy are fully cooked - you are reheating.

rolls are usually raw - you are cooking.

Reheating pies

Pre-heat oven/toaster oven to 325ºF

Cover pie with foil

 

 

    (especially if frozen), Reheat to internal temp of 165ºF

Should take between 35 - 50 minutes* dependent on your oven / cold versus frozen/ pie size.

 (* 9" pies take longer -- 3" Cutie and 2" Even Cuter pies take less!) - see guide below.

Cooking Rolls

(FROM FROZEN)   

Remove from plastic bag.

Defrost in refrigerator over night

Preheat oven to 325º F

Set exposed rolls on counter for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking to "proof" (expand)

Cook at 325ºF for 10-12 min until golden brown

SIDES & GRAVY

Heat and stir in microwave to desired temperature.

Add a little water if necessary.

 All ovens are different. These are best estimates. Don't dry the food out. Cover with foil.
