Our Chef, Joe Youkhan invented our 3 Day hand made process.
We marinate all fillings for 24-28 hours, then slow cook the fillings for 2-4 hours, and blind bake our pastry and finish by adding a croissant top.
We stack these beauties on top of a remarkable range of hot and cold sides and gravies.
We offer 9 flavors in 3 sizes.
